Summer DevMeet

So,the time for reflection has passed and thus the time for fresh planning is upon us. My personal opinion is that the next devmeet should be mid-july roughly,say the 15th or the 22nd. That gives me six weeks to plan(And make a decent sign) before we commence with another day of deviant debacles as only we can do.

Another suggestion that was ventured to me was the idea of inviting non-deviant friends to the party segment,to bolster numbers and variety of people. While more people boozing is of course encouraged,it could kill the group atmosphere we had at the last one.

And ergo,my questions are thus:
When should the summer devmeet be held?
and
Should we actively allow the invitation of non-deviants?
